Automatic Reserve Creations
A default factor reserve can be assigned based on previous experience and depending upon the claim type and coverage amount using the built in AI feature.
Automatic Surveyor Allocation
The entire surveyor assignment is automated within the Beyontec Suite. The surveyor can also track all the claims allocated and provide the survey response online making the entire survey process seamless and paperless.
Automatic Garage Allocation
The suite can be integrated with the networked garage operators for real-time quote generation and approvals, and the allocation and monitoring of repairs undertaken by the garage.
Reserve History Maintenance
The reserve created can be modified by the authorised users. The suite tracks the reserves modified and maintains the history of reserve changes.
The suite provides option to settle claims in multiple currencies. The application captures both foreign currency and local currency values for claims reserve and settlement amount.
Online Tender Process
The suite provides option to initiate claims repair or salvage through online tender. The tender process is controlled by a start and end date. Garages can quote online and selection of the garage for repair is done once tender is opened.
The suite enables the claims with litigation to be captured online. The litigation details and the calendar for case hearing can be tracked within the claim’s module.
Automated Claim Adjudication
Supports auto adjudication, pre-approvals and end-to-end claims management, as well as limits tracking at several levels including plan, benefit, sub-benefit, treatment, etc.
